Yoga
Yoga is a holistic technology and art of self-care, as well as a tool for self-knowledge. By yoking the body, will, and heart to the eternal soul, we bring all of parts of ourselves into harmony- in order to meet the world as our most authentic and integrated self. Each time we return to the mat, we contact and feed our truest essence. Each hour spent cultivating the quality of our breath informs all others. Each and every practice is a ritual honoring all that we are and all that we dream to become.
The body itself is a map of our consciousness- our Kundalini dwells in the pelvis and hips, and opening this area enlivens our entire being. The energy of the heart and spirit of the lungs lives in our thoracic cavity, cultivating fullness here helps us to live from our true center and move through life with greater compassion. Our feet connect us with the Earth- strong feet and legs ensure a sturdy foundation in the world…
Through regular Yoga practice, so much is possible! Develop physical, mental and emotional equilibrium, recover from injuries and connect with your inner landscape through breath and mindful movement. Classes are tailored to be accessible and enriching for all.

“Erin brings an experience of heart-opening sunshine to every class. With her playful sequencing between delicious poses and intuitive cues—“Good place for a mouth exhale!”—Erin empowers us with the confidence to explore how our bodies feel in the very moment. She is a humble master at gently detangling knots of mental, emotional, and physical stress through intentional breathwork toward areas of tension...did I mention how juicy the poses feel? Whether you’re a beginning or advanced yoga student, we all depart Erin’s classes with a humming sensation of mind-body interconnectedness. Her teachings are carefully crafted to join us off the mat into the hubbub of our busy lives—one sweet and slow “Aaahhhhh” at a time.” -Sahar F.
